How to Use
This is STEP 1: BRUSH in the Glister Oral Care System. Use twice daily—morning and evening.

Apply Glister Multi-Action Toothpaste to your toothbrush.
Hold the brush at a 45° angle to your gums and clean in gentle circular motions for at least two minutes.
Make sure to brush all surfaces: outer, inner, and chewing areas.
Use the tip of the brush in an up-and-down motion to clean behind the front teeth.
Clean your tongue with the textured back of your toothbrush to remove bacteria and freshen breath.
Supervise children to ensure they don’t swallow the toothpaste.
