Eligibility for Refunds/Returns

2. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, notify us within 30 days of receiving the package. We will arrange for the correct item(s) to be sent and handle the return of the incorrect product(s).

3. Dissatisfaction with Product

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect order, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will review your request and may offer a refund, exchange, or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

   • Affix the RA number to the package.
   • Use a trackable shipping service to return the product.

4. Return Confirmation & Processing

   • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit accordingly.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on the circumstances.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to damage, defect, or incorrect order, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Refund & Return Timeframe

• Once we receive the returned item(s) and complete the inspection, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 7 days.
• Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
