Directions for Use
This is STEP 1: BRUSH in the Glister Oral Care System. Use twice daily—morning and night.

Apply Glister Multi-Action Toothpaste to your toothbrush.
Hold your brush at a 45° angle to your gums and brush in gentle circular motions for at least 2 minutes.
Be sure to brush the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces of all teeth.
Use the brush tip in a vertical motion to clean behind the front teeth.
Don’t forget to clean your tongue using the soft textured back of your toothbrush to help remove bacteria and freshen breath.
Supervise young children to prevent swallowing.
